RETURN POLICY

1. BELOW IS FEW REASON YOU CAN’T RETURN YOUR ITEM:

a) Promotional items;

b) Gift and freebies;

c) Any items purchased from dealers or re-sellers and not izilife.us directly.

d) Products that had been altered, scratched or marked.

e) 30 days have gone by since your package is delivered.

Timeframe in which wipicnic accept returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package is delivered. Items shipped from [email protected], including Sale Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

When will you be exchanging or refunding?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

Duration Of Returns Processing

Once we receive the return product please allow 2-3 business days business to process for you. We will replace defective items and sent to you in about 10 – 20 business days.
